Welcome to HGK Designs!
We pride ourselves on being Eco-Friendly. Not only do we reuse or recycle all of our boxes and paper that our products come in we do not use chemicals to clean our buckets, we compost any plant material left over, and we use local or sustainably grown flowers whenever possible not only helping our environment but the worker growing the flowers!
HGK Designs is owned and operated by Heather Henry a designer with over 12 years of floral experience
From the age of 14 Heather has worked in the retail flower shop leaving only to attend college where she graduated with a four year degree in Floriculture. She then came back to a local flower shop in Connecticut where she worked until leaving to go work for a floral wholesaler. These various jobs have helped Heather to learn all facets of the floral industry. Then one day Heather realized how much she missed working with people in the flower shop and also how many events needed more attention to detail and that she could provide that along with her love for floral design leaving her clients with a pleasant floral experience.With HGK Designs, Heather will meet with you personally to learn about your style and vision for your event. Heather prides herself in leaving you feel assured that the flowers she provides will be the perfect accent to your day!
